Legal
Terms of use.
What you may do with this site, and what the studio is and is not promising.
What these terms cover
They cover use of this website. Client work is governed by the written offer and agreement signed for that project; where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
Using the site
You may read, quote and link to anything published here. Quoting a passage with attribution and a link is welcome - it is, in fact, the point.
You may not:
- copy the site's design, code or copy wholesale for another site;
- present the studio's work as your own;
- scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors;
- probe, load-test or attack the site or its server.
Automated agents that read the site to answer questions are welcome, and robots.txt says so explicitly.
Ownership
The design, code, text and images on this site belong to Bradati Guru - obrt, vl. Tomislav Buza, unless stated otherwise.
Project images in the portfolio are published with the client's permission. They remain the property of those clients, and permission to display them here is not permission to reuse them elsewhere.
Accuracy
The site describes services, prices where shown, and typical timelines. None of it is a binding offer until it is in a written offer addressed to you. Prices and availability change.
Articles on this site explain law and technical standards as they stood on the date of writing. They are information, not legal advice. A statute changes; a post does not change with it. Where a decision matters, check the current text of the law or ask a lawyer.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. The studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site itself. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Croatian law - including liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury - or any statutory right you have as a consumer.
Governing law
Croatian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may sue in your own courts. For everyone else, the competent court is the one with jurisdiction over Čakovec.
Changes
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here, and the date below is when it last changed.
