Privacy notice.
What this site collects, which is almost nothing, and the one place data leaves the EU.

There is no Data Protection Officer. The studio is one person, and that person answers this address.
What this site does not do
This list is unusually short, and the build verifies it rather than us merely asserting it:
- The site sets no cookies.
- It stores nothing in your browser - no localStorage, no sessionStorage.
- It loads nothing from a third-party server. No analytics, no tag manager, no embedded fonts, no social widgets. The build fails if any page references an outside origin.
- There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.
Reading this site therefore involves no personal data beyond what your browser necessarily sends to the server that delivers it.

The brief drafter on this site composes text in your browser and opens your own mail client. Nothing is transmitted until you press send there, and the studio operates no endpoint that could receive it.
The chat assistant
The chat's quick questions are answered from a table built into the page. They involve no network request at all.
If you type a free-text message, that message is sent to a language-model provider outside the European Union in order to generate a reply.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - answering the question you chose to type, the same basis as an enquiry by email.
- Transfer: the message is processed outside the EU by the model provider. We do not claim a particular safeguard on that provider's behalf here, because which provider we use and the terms they operate under can change. Ask us and we will tell you which provider and which terms apply on the day you ask.
- You are told before you type. The notice sits in the chat panel, above the input, and says where your message goes. Sending is not gated behind accepting it.
- If that is not acceptable to you, do not use the chat. Email reaches the same person, stays inside the EU, and is never the slower option.
- Retention: the studio stores no chat transcripts.
Please do not put personal data about other people, or anything confidential, into a chat message. It leaves the EU.
Hosting
The site runs on a virtual server in the European Union. The host processes connection data - IP address, request, user agent, timestamp - in server logs as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, for security and troubleshooting.
Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was lawful before.

The admin area
The content management system behind this site sets one session cookie. It is strictly necessary, it exists only for the site operator, and no visitor ever receives it.
