If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may refer the dispute to a notified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. The list of notified bodies is maintained by the European Commission.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available. Any link you find to it, anywhere, is out of date.
